Privacy Notice

1. Scope and data

This notice covers the landing page and current Luseki Finance pilot. Basic tracking requires no name, email, phone number, or account. The app stores your descriptions, amounts, currencies, categories, dates, notes, creation and modification timestamps, preferences, and, when enabled, category-learning choices on your device.

These entries may contain financial or asset information. We do not need banking passwords, card numbers, health information, or other sensitive details; avoid including them in descriptions or notes.

2. Purposes

Local data is used to record and view expenses and income, calculate balances, edit entries, remember preferences, and suggest categories from your choices. This version does not send those records to a Luseki server. If you contact us, we process your contact address, message, and attachments you choose to provide to handle your request; we do not need your financial history.

3. Voice and permissions

Microphone and speech permissions are requested when you start dictation. The iOS integration requires on-device recognition when available. Luseki does not save audio files or send them to external AI providers. Transcribed text prepares a draft; the entry is saved when you confirm it. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings and continue typing.

4. Access, providers, and transfers

In the pilot, Luseki does not share local transactions with advertisers, banks, or external AI services. Operating system features, device backups, and email services you use are also governed by their own settings and notices. Device backups, if enabled, may include app data; they are not Luseki backups.

The current landing page contains no analytics or advertising pixels. Once publicly hosted, technical requests, such as IP addresses and connection data, will be processed by configured hosting and security providers to deliver and protect it. The inventory and retention of those logs will be specified before that hosting is enabled. They will not be used for advertising under this notice.

5. Retention, deletion, and security

Entries remain on your device until you delete them or app data is erased. You can view, edit, and delete entries in the app; Settings allows you to disable or clear category learning without deleting transactions. We cannot recover from our servers information that was only on your phone. Losing your device or uninstalling may cause data loss.

Messages you send us are used while handling your request and, where applicable, for periods required for legal obligations or liabilities. You may request cancellation of that data. Operational retention periods for support and technical logs will be set before publication. We apply measures appropriate to the processing; no absolute protection against incidents is promised.

6. Rights and withdrawal

You may exercise access, rectification, cancellation, and objection rights (ARCO), withdraw consent, or limit use of information you provide. Write to [email protected] with your name, a reply channel, the right requested, and the relevant data. We will explain how to verify identity or representation and any additional information required.

We communicate the decision within 20 business days and, when granted, implement it within the following 15 business days; applicable legal extensions or exceptions will be communicated. For records held only on your device, we will explain local controls; we have no remote access. You may approach Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno under applicable law.

7. Cookies, advertising, and changes

The current landing page has no email capture forms and sends no marketing. Visiting this page or using the pilot does not subscribe you to promotions. Any future nonessential cookies or lead capture will be documented and enabled with applicable consent controls; accepting cookies does not authorize commercial messages.

We publish changes with their date. Before Plus introduces accounts, purchases, or remote backup, we will update this notice and obtain applicable consent. These features are not active in the pilot.
