These terms describe the Luseki Finance pilot and landing page operated by Erwin Francisco Flores Martínez. The app is a personal recordkeeping tool; the site presents the product and its availability.
1. The pilot
You can record expenses and income, view balances and history, edit and delete entries, and configure language, currency, and appearance. Voice depends on device, language, and permissions; manual entry remains available. No bank connection or account is required.
Balances reflect only what you record. Luseki does not hold money, execute bank transfers, or provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Suggestions are drafts for you to review before saving.
2. Use and information
You retain ownership of your entries. Use the app lawfully and enter only information you have the right to use. Do not interfere with security or enter banking access credentials or unnecessary information about others.
The brand, logos, design, and software belong to their owner or licensors. You may use the app under these terms and applicable licenses; no rights to the brand are transferred.
3. Retention and availability
This is a pilot under testing. Data is stored locally and Luseki backup and recovery are not yet available. Avoid relying on the pilot as the only record of irreplaceable information. Losing your device or uninstalling may cause data loss.
We work to fix errors, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude liabilities or mandatory rights under applicable law.
4. Plans and charges
Basic is free during the pilot. Plus and Premium are not sold in this version. Future features are labeled accordingly and their description does not constitute a purchased subscription.
Before Plus becomes available, its features, price, period, renewal, cancellation, and data recovery terms will be shown. Luseki Events per-event payments and refund window do not apply to Finance.
5. Stopping use and changes
You may stop using the app and delete local entries. The pilot creates no Finance account to cancel. Data processing and privacy requests are covered by the Privacy Notice.
We publish dated changes and communicate material changes before applying them where appropriate. Paid and cloud services will have updated terms before purchase.
6. Law and contact
